Adaptability modification of domestic top drive embedded in integrated control system
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,a technical solution is proposed to embed the domestic top drive into the imported electronic driller integrated control system of high-end offshore drilling platform.On the basis of not changing the original control architecture,the domestic top drive supporting PLC is connected with the original old top drive control PLC to form a one-to-one direct connection network,which not only ensures the simple and effective control,But also ensures that the operation of the original system ring network is not affected,meets the control matching(input and output)requirements of the domestic top drive by modifying and optimizing the original program,realizes the integration of the control function of the domestic top drive and the original imported integrated control system,and solves the problem of domestic upgrading and substitution of the top drive of a high-end drilling platform.Through field operation and practical detection,the reliability and stability of the scheme are verified,and it can be popularized and applied to similar drilling platforms.关键词
