摘要

Abstract

In response to the drawbacks of existing contact and non-contact measurement methods in the detec-tion of thread geometric tolerances,a detection technology based on the self-centering function of a coordinate measuring machine is proposed.The strategy settings is introduced in detail in combination with practical appli-cations.Through practical verification,the measurement results of thread coaxiality are stable and reliable,and the measurement results of thread parameters such as thread pitch diameter have an error of less than 0.001 mm.The technology provides an accurate and efficient measurement solution for measuring thread geometric tolerances.
