Battery SOC Prediction Based on EKF Fusion Algorithm

Abstract
High-energy power battery is the core energy storage module of the power supply and distribution system,and a second-order equivalent circuit model is constructed for the application of high-energy power bat-tery.On the basis of the equivalent circuit model,stage of charge(SOC)algorithm combining recursive least squares(RLS)and extended Kalman filter(EKF)is proposed,and is improved to SOC algorithm based on tem-perature compensated joint RLS and EKF fusion.Based on MATLAB software,the simulation verification pro-gram for the joint algorithm before and after improvement is designed,and the results are compared and ana-lyzed.The simulation results show that the joint algorithm based on temperature compensation can achieve a relative error of less than 5%when the SOC is within the range of(0.25,1),verifying the effectiveness of the proposed modeling and solving methods.关键词
