Parameter Design of Planetary Gear Train for Speed Limiting Device of Downward-Opening Passenger Door Based on Entropy Weight Method

Abstract
Through in-depth exploration of the structure layout of the speed-increasing device in the speed lim-iting device of the downward-opening passenger door,considering the functional and performance requirements of the product design,and integrating key technical indicators such as product volume,weight,and reliability,a speed increasing device structure scheme that meets the design requirements is proposed.According to the ex-perience value of transmission ratio distribution at all levels during engineering design,the entropy weight method is used to calculate and optimize the transmission ratio of planetary gear train,and the parameter opti-mization design of planetary gear train and spur gear train of the speed limiting device is carried out.In order to improve the design efficiency and reduce the interference of human factors,a set of calculation software of transmission ratio parameter assignment based on Visual Basic language is developed.The software not only op-timizes the design process,avoids repetitive design work,but also significantly improves the design efficiency.The research results provide strong technical support and practical guidance for the design and verification of planetary gearbox,holding significant value for engineering applications.关键词
