Abstract
A multi-source heterogeneous big data balancing and scheduling method based on firefly algorithm is proposed to address the problem of overlapping or crossing between multi-source heterogeneous data in light-weight network environment,making it difficult to distinguish between key data and emergency data,and reduc-ing overall scheduling efficiency.Based on the characteristics of lightweight network multi-source heterogeneous big data,a lightweight network multi-source heterogeneous big data balancing and scheduling model is con-structed,fully considering the two objectives of task completion time and load balancing effectiveness.Firstly,server nodes with lower loads are selected to process task requests,alleviating the problem of resource con-straints in network transmission of heterogeneous data from different sources,achieving balanced scheduling of data and optimizing resource utilization.The firefly algorithm is used to solve the model.In this algorithm,fire-flies with high brightness will automatically attract fireflies with low brightness.During the scheduling process,it tends to focus more on key and emergency data in the fitness function.By adjusting parameters such as light absorption coefficient and step size factor,the ability of local search and global exploration are balanced,the o-verlap or intersection problem between multi-source heterogeneous data is reduced,and balancing and schedu-ling of multi-source heterogeneous big data in lightweight networks is achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the load balancing of multi-source heterogeneous big data,en-hance network utilization,effectively reduce transmission energy consumption,and obtain a more satisfactory big data balancing and scheduling solutions.关键词
