"Jiangsu Provincial College Student Volunteer Service Program for Rural Revitalization":Implementation Effectiveness,Problems and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
The implementation of"Jiangsu Provincial College Student Volunteer Service Program for Rural Revitalization"has played a positive role in advancing rural revitalization,fostering talent development in universities,and promoting employment.Nevertheless,the study finds that there are still shortcomings in talent supply,service content,and organizational management.To address these issues,this paper puts forward policy recommendations,including enhancing the function of practical education,improving the alignment of talent supply and demand,optimizing operational mechanisms,and strengthening policy support.These recommendations aim to provide a reference for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization and high-quality development of the agricultural and rural sectors in Jiangsu.关键词
