失智照护单元公共活动空间营建策略研究
Study on the Construction Strategies for Public Activity Space of Dementia Care Units
摘要
Abstract
Amidst the rapid increase in dementia care needs in China,providing dignified,comfortable,and emotionally supportive environments for elderly individuals with dementia has emerged as a critical societal challenge.This paper focuses on the public activity spaces within dementia care units as its primary subject of study.Through an analysis on the onset process and behavioral manifestations of dementia patients,alongside an examination of their specific care requirements and corresponding spatial characteristics,this paper investigates the existing design cases of dementia care units in both China and Japan,discusses the design principles for the public activity spaces in these units.Then it proposes the design strategies for the public activity spaces in the dementia care units from six aspects of the space color,space materials,guiding sign,functional configuration,space flow,and space scale,with a view to contribute to the future research and practice of the dementia care units.关键词
