Research on the Revitalization and Utilization Strategy of Urban Idle Space in the Era of Stock Planning

Abstract
The revitalization of idle urban space refers to the process of reengineering the existing idle space with potential for reuse through functional reorganization,lightweight transformation and operational innovation.In the current context where urban construction is shifting from incremental expansion to stock optimization,it has become an inevitable trend to efficiently and sustainably revitalize the idle spaces and to enhance the utilization efficiency of urban space resources.This paper first systematically demonstrates the value basis and practical necessity of revitalizing idle space from three dimensions:urban sustainable development,economic and social development,and urban spatial governance.Secondly,based on multi-case research and policy text analysis,the core issues currently faced in the practice of revitalizing idle spaces are deeply analyzed,including fragmented property rights,single functions,difficulty in balancing funds,and numerous policy barriers.Finally,based on the practical experience of revitalizing idle spaces in typical domestic cities,the strategies such as property rights integration,functional integration,financial innovation and policy coordination implementation are proposed,aiming to provide support for the high-quality improvement of urban stock space.关键词
