摘要

Abstract

In the situation of new type power system,this study investigates power source planning considering mid-long term new energy developing trend in Shaanxi Province.Based on forecasted renewable energy consumption obligation indicators and new energy resource endowment,a new energy power source planning with balancing check of power and energy is performed.The results show that the total economical available resources of wind and solar energy are insufficient to meet load growth under carbon neutrality requirements in Shaanxi Province.A significant shortage of flexible resources is projected in mid-long term.The analysis also addresses issues in new energy and energy storage development caused by energy-load inverse distribution.Finally,advises are proposed for mid-long term development path of new energy,energy storage,inter-provincial power exchange and demonstration plots construction in Shaanxi Province.
