摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the issue of how to assist industrial users in optimizing their transaction decisions and thus enhanc-ing their operation benefits under a renewable energy consumption responsibility weight system and carbon market as-sessment,an integrated decision-making model of industrial users participating in electricity-carbon-green certificate multi-market is proposed.First,the compliance methods for users to complete the corresponding assessments are ana-lyzed,and an overall decision-making framework of two stages(i.e.,before and within a year,respectively)of rolling optimization is constructed.Second,with the consideration of expected profit and market risk,an integrated decision-making model of industrial users participating in the multi-market based on conditional value-at-risk(CVaR)is estab-lished with the goal of maximizing the comprehensive profit,so as to make reasonable arrangements for the transaction of electricity,carbon quota and green certificate in a complete performance period.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by an example.Results show that compared with the traditional approaches,the proposed model can compre-hensively take into account the multi-market situation and make the users'decisions both flexible and robust.In addi-tion,incorporating green electricity transaction into the decision-making model can enable users to reduce their own carbon emissions and obtain greater comprehensive benefits.
