Joint Under Frequency Load Shedding Strategy for Ship Power System Considering Effects of Coupled Loss Scenarios

Abstract
Due to the use of a compact structure,a coupled loss scenario with damage of multiple equipment may occur after the ship power system(SPS)is under attack.To solve the problem that the land-based under frequency load shed-ding strategy is difficult to adapt to the coupled loss scenario,a joint under frequency load shedding strategy for SPS considering the effects of coupled loss scenario is proposed in this paper.First,a coupled loss model is established by taking into account the damage of multiple subjects in the SPS.Second,a centralized-localized joint under frequency load shedding strategy is put forward to strike a balance between the non-communication dependence of localized load shedding and the adaptive advantage of centralized load shedding.Third,a real-time calibration and re-matching strate-gy based on the estimation of load loss state is put forward considering the probability of load loss,thus optimizing the decision-making scheme of joint under frequency load shedding.Finally,based on a typical scenario of SPS,simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in coping with the coupled ship loss scenario and its superiority over other load shedding strategies.关键词
