乳酸菌CC2株胞外代谢产物的抑菌活性及成分研究
Antibacterial Activity and Composition of the Extracellular Metabolites from Lactobacillus CC2 Strain

Abstract
To investigate the antimicrobial activity and major antimicrobial components of Lactobacillus CC2 strain,which was previously isolated and purified for its significant antimicrobial activity,a series of studies were conducted.First,the physicochemical properties of the strain's extracellular metabolites were preliminarily examined to identify the optimal extraction method and the most favorable antimicrobial con-ditions.Finally,LC-MS/MS was employed to identify the major antimicrobial components.The results showed that the best antimicrobial activity of the extracellular metabolites from Lactobacillus CC2 strain was observed at 40 ℃ and pH 5.0.After ultraviolet irradiation and treatment with various digestive en-zymes,the antimicrobial activity significantly decreased.The optimal extraction method was ammonium sulfate precipitation,with a saturation level of 65%,which yielded a large amount of antimicrobial sub-stances and the strongest antimicrobial activity.LC-MS/MS analysis revealed that the major antimicrobial components in the extracellular metabolites of the strain were peptidoglycan hydrolases containing the Ly-sM domain and various proteins with antimicrobial properties.In conclusion,this study determined the physicochemical properties and major components of the antimicrobial substances from Lactobacillus CC2 strain,with the best antimicrobial activity observed at 40 ℃ and pH 5.0.These findings provide new in-sights and important foundational data for addressing the issues of antibiotic abuse and resistance.关键词
