Abstract
In recent years,generative AI represented by DeepSeek and ChatGPT has rapidly developed and has been widely applied in multiple scenarios and fields of production and daily life.Though it promotes economic development,reshapes business models,and facilitates and enriches people's lives,there are also hidden risks,which brings new challenges to the existing regulatory system.This essay briefly analyzes the characteristics,and the posi-tive effects of current generative AI,and discusses the potential risks and hidden dangers of generative AI from the perspectives of data compliance,technology,social governance etc.In view of the deficiencies in the risk supervision and governance of generative AI in China,it is necessary to dia-lectically absorb the beneficial explorations of developed countries in this area.Based on China's developmental realities,suggestions and pathways for establishing and improving a risk supervision and governance system for generative AI with Chinese characteristics should be proposed from the perspec-tives of the institutional side,the technological side,the data side,the supervisory side,and the international cooperation side.关键词
