Abstract
As the most important part of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative(SMC)system,SMC-owned enterprises(SES)play an important role in market regulation and agricultural service.Due to the influence of political,institutional and market factors,the development of SES is faced with a complex internal and external environment,which brings more uncertainties for the market-oriented reform.By introducing the concept of enterprise self-generation capability,this paper re-examines the reform and development issues of SES based on the endowment conditions and governance rela-tionships they face.Using the research methods of New Structural Economics,it explores the mechanisms affecting the self-generation capability of SES and identifies ideas and methods for deepening the reform of these enterprises.关键词
