农村人口流动何以影响宅基地流转?
How Does Rural Population Mobility Influence the Transfer of Homestead Land?

Abstract
To investigate the standardized management of homestead land transfers under the context of rural population mobility,this study employs IV-Probit,IV-2SLS,and PSM models to analyze micro-level survey data from 31 288 Chinese administrative villages in 2019.Key findings reveal that ru-ral population mobility significantly promotes homestead land transfers,with stronger facilitation effects observed in rental transactions compared to own-ership transfers,and greater impact on intra-village transactions than inter-village transfers.Village planning,improved management systems,and land rights confirmation enhance these promoting effects.Policy recommendations include establishing incentive mechanisms,differentiated support systems,digital transaction platforms,enhanced planning governance,and property rights empowerment to optimize land allocation and promote rural industrial upgrading.关键词
