Abstract
Promoting the in-depth integration of modern service industries and advanced manufacturing industries is an essential imperative for building a modern industrial system.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has achieved remarkable progress in advancing the"dual-industry integration".However,challenges persist,including the lagging development of modern service industries,spatial imbalances in the growth of producer services,insufficient depth of integration between the two sectors,severe structural shortages of skilled talent,and lagging standardi-zation efforts.Building on a summary of China's key initiatives and experiences in fostering dual-industry integration,this paper proposes the following strategies to address existing issues:focus on strengthening weak links in modern service industries to accelerate the remediation of development short-comings;expedite a nationally integrated layout to promote holistic synergy and mutual empowerment through industrial collaborative clustering;rein-force technological innovation and digital empowerment to consolidate the foundation for integration;intensify the cultivation of professionals to enhance talent support;and accelerate the establishment of a standardization system to advance high-level opening-up in service standardization.These recom-mendations aim to provide actionable pathways for deepening integration and enhancing the competitiveness of China's industrial ecosystem.关键词
