Probability Constrained Model Predictive Control of Linear Systems under Round-Robin Protocol
摘要
Abstract
In view of the discrete time linear time-invariant systems with additive noise and probability con-straints in the network environment,a probability-constrained predictive control method combined with cyclic proto-cols is proposed. The proposed method sends transmission information from the controller to the actuator in a prede-termined order with equal weights, reducing network congestion and data conflicts during signal transmission in net-work environments.By using the maximum probability set method to find the maximum boundary value that satisfies the probability constraint, the randomness description in the constraint conditions is transformed into a deterministic description, which improves the solvability of the algorithm.According to the properties of random variables and off-line calculation, the search matrix of the boundary of the probability set is obtained, and the probability boundary values in the constraint conditions are determined according to the search matrix. This method not only reduces the a-mount of online computation in the process of solving, but also ensures the recursive feasibility of the algorithm. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by an example simulation of a room temperature control system.关键词
