轴承定位预紧对转子系统临界转速的影响研究
Study on the influence of bearing positioning preload on the critical speed of rotor system
摘要
Abstract
Improper preload of the bearing may lead to increased vibration of the rotor system,thereby reducing the stability and service life of the rotor system.In this paper,the influence of axial clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system of tapered roller bearings under the condition of positioning preload is studied.By combining ROMAX software and ANSYS finite element software,a dynamic co-simulation model of bearing-rotor system is established.The model can analyze the influence of bearing stiffness on the critical speed of the rotor system under different preload conditions.The results show that increasing the axial clearance of the bearing properly can improve the stiffness of the bearing,and then improve the critical speed of the rotor system.关键词
