数字化赋能高校体育教学的内在机理、现实困境及实践路径研究

Abstract
The digital teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is a new viewpoint of the reform of physical education in China,which can effectively make up for the deficiency of traditional physical education,improve the teaching efficiency of public physical education,and solve the practical problems of students taking physical education for full credits.Based on the actual physical education in colleges and universities,the internal mechanism of digital technology enabling physical education in colleges and universities has four characteristics:innovation,precision,penetration and efficiency.Through the analysis of the practical dilemma of college physical education,it is concluded that digital physical education can enrich the teaching effect,enrich the teaching concept and enrich the teaching platform,and construct the digital physical education system from three dimensions,and examine the practical significance and function of digital physical education in colleges and universities.关键词
