Research Progress on the Involvement of Cuproptosis in the Pathogenesis of Alzheimer's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Cuproptosis is a newly discovered form of cell death in recent years,while Alzheimer's Disease(AD)is a progressively developing neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system with insidious onset.Copper is involved in multiple pathogenic mechanisms of AD,and copper imbalance can induce the death of neurons and glial cells through these distinct mechanisms,thereby contributing to the onset of AD.This review summarizes recent research on the involvement of cuproptosis in the pathogenesis of AD.关键词
