吉林省"定制化"居家养老服务问题研究
A study on customized home-based elderly care services in Jilin province
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of population aging,the customized home-based elderly care services in Jilin Province integrate multiple entities such as the government,enterprises,and communities through three models:Commissioned operation model,integrated embedding model,and resource sharing model.These models have significantly improved the service coverage rate and quality,and also driven the development of related industries.However,challenges remain,such as insufficient implementation of policies,uneven funding allocation,marked urban-ruraldisparities,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,shortage of professional talents,and inadequate needs assessment.This paper analyzes these issues in depth to promote the sustainable development of customized home-based elderly care through further analysis of existing problems and to provide effective solutions for an aging society.关键词
