老年保健与管理专业群课程思政教学组织建设的实践研究
Practical research on the organization construction of ideological and political education in the geriatric health care and management professional cluster courses

Abstract
The dual high construction of vocational education requires vocational colleges to closely integrate the process of school operation with industry needs.With adjustments in the venues and content of the elderly care service system,a professional cluster has been established with elderly health care and management as the core to meet the needs of cultivating composite elderly care professionals,with a focus on addressing the issue of student vocational recognition.By establishing a professional cluster course ideological and political education organization based on integration,professionalism,and modularity,which comprehensively serving the elderly care service system,and building a construction mechanism for teaching organizations through diverse collaborative efforts,we aim to establish an integrated curriculum ideological and political education community through school cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,and multi-professional cooperation.We will take innovative measures in teaching and research activities,professional cluster culture,curriculum ideological and political system,curriculum education strategies,and curriculum ideological and political resources to better empower the construction of professional cluster.关键词
