临床护士对人工智能在糖尿病管理中认知与态度的调查分析:一项横断面研究
Knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward artificial intelligence in diabetes management:A cross-sectional study

Abstract
Objective To investigate nurses'knowledge and attitudes toward the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in diabetes management,and to identify factors influencing their attitudes.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted from November to December 2024,using snowball sampling.The self-administered questionnaire included 17 items across four sections:demographic characteristics,AI-related participation and training interest,AI knowledge level,and attitudes toward AI.Descriptive statistics,t-tests,ANOVA,and multiple linear regression were used for data analysis.Results A total of 280 nurses participated.Among them,92.86%worked in tertiary hospitals,97.14%held a bachelor's degree or above,and 53.57%were diabetes specialist nurses.Additionally,21.79%had participated in AI-related research in diabetes care,and 50.71%had received AI-related training.Most nurses reported partial knowledge of AI in diabetes management(65.71%),while only 13.57%demonstrated a high level of knowledge.A total of 88.57%expressed moderate to strong interest in AI training.The total attitude score was 30,with an average score of(25.22±3.41),indicating generally positive attitudes.Multiple regression analysis showed that a doctoral degree,higher knowledge levels,prior AI training,and stronger interest in training were significantly associated with more positive attitudes(P<0.05).Conclusions Nurses demonstrate moderate levels of knowledge but positive attitudes toward AI in diabetes management,along with a strong willingness to engage in training.Targeted and personalized training strategies are recommended to improve knowledge level and promote the effective integration of AI into clinical nursing practice for diabetes care.关键词
