基于病区智能柜二级仓库低值耗材的管理研究
Research on management of low-value consumables in secondary ward storage based on intelligent ward cabinets
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the management of low-value consumables in the secondary ward storage using intelligent ward cabinets.Methods From August 2022 to May 2023,32 kinds of low-value consumables commonly used in clinical departments of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were selected as the control group,and the same 32 kinds of low-value consumables from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the observation group.The hospital and the third party jointly developed a smart cabinet system for low-value consumables,and deployed the smart cabinet in the wards.The management time of consumables,the rate of shortages and surpluses,the problems in consumables management and the satisfaction of medical personnel were measured by nurses who served as mangers of medical consumables.Results After using intelligent cabinet management,the time required for requisition and inventory of medical low-value consumables was significantly reduced.Shortage and surplus rates decreased greatly.The management efficiency was improved,the workload of nurses was reduced,and accuracy of charges increased,with overall satisfactory outcomes(all P<0.05).Conclusions The management effect of consumables was obviously improved,and the satisfaction of nurses in using and managing medical consumables was improved.关键词
