Research on the Empowerment of High-quality Development of the Fitness Service Industry by New Quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theoretical basis of new quality productivity and high-quality development,this paper explores the mecha-nism,key issues and promotion strategies of new quality productivity enabling high-quality development of fitness service industry by using literature and logical analysis methods.Mechanism of action:new quality workers stimulate the innovation vitality of the fitness service industry,digital technology promotes the transformation and upgrading of the fitness service industry,industrial integration gives rise to new forms,new models and new scenarios of the fitness service industry,and new elements promote the low-carbon and chain integration of the fitness service industry.Key problems:lack of new quality labor supply,technology research and development and popularization are insufficient,low degree of industrial integration and penetration,insufficient data element value mining.Promo-tion strategy:Build a talent system of induction and retention to cultivate new workers in the fitness service industry,enhance the abil-ity of scientific and technological innovation to help the high-quality development of the fitness industry,strengthen industrial penetra-tion and integration,promote fitness consumption to improve quality and expand,and accelerate the flow of data elements and realize the extended sharing of business processes.关键词
