Intelligent Construction of Public Stadiums Under PPP Model

Abstract
Public sports venues are important hardware projects for national fitness,and their intelligent transformation is an important measure to improve the quality and efficiency of national fitness sports.This study uses methods such as literature review and logical analysis to study the relevant aspects of smart construction of public sports venues under the PPP model.The study concludes that the PPP model of government-society cooperation empowers the intelligent construction of public stadiums.The macro level shows a trend of favorable policy direction and rising attention,the meso level has an obvious conflict between the influx of capital and the awareness of the masses,and the micro level faces problems such as an imperfect governance system and backward hardware facilities.There are six main causes,slow top-level design,insufficient market development,large regional differences,a single mode of operation,inef-ficient utilization,and a lack of comprehensive talents.Accordingly,optimization ideas are proposed to lift top-level constraints and plan specific directions,increase integration and development,promote market development,use the PPP model and reduce construc-tion difficulties,change the business model and gradually decentralize local authorities,increase tournament activities and promote sustainable development,and improve the training system and cultivate diversified talents.关键词
