Abstract

Aiming at the threat of multiple water disasters near the coal roof and floor in the deep coal mining of the lower coal group in the North China-type coalfield,an advanced three-dimensional regional governance technology system was proposed.By analyzing the hydrogeological characteristics of the aquifer in the roof and floor of No.9 coal seam and the relationship between the recharge,diameter and discharge of the water inrush source,it was clear that the roof Daqing limestone water and the floor Benxi limestone water were the direct water filling source,and the Ordovician limestone water was the indirect water filling source,and there was a vertical hydraulic connection between the three.Based on this,a layered treatment scheme was constructed:for the Ordovician limestone water in the floor,the surface or underground directional drilling combined with grouting technology was used to transform the top of the Ordovician limestone,increase the thickness of the aquiclude,and reduce the water inrush coefficient to below 0.1 MPa/m,so as to achieve the pressure mining of the Ordovician limestone water.The technology of"cutting source,dredging and depressurization"of limestone water in Benxi floor was put forward,which cut off the lateral recharge channel and drained the high pressure hydrostatic water through grouting.Aiming at the Daqing limestone water in the roof,the technology of'cutting off the source and dredging the quiet'was developed to drain the static water after blocking the peripheral supply.After the application in No.9105 Face of Xingtai Mine,the water pressure was reduced to a safe range,and the safe mining was realized.The water volume of Qinghui limestone water was 13 650 m3 and Benxi limestone water was 6 500 m3.The advanced three-dimensional treatment technology provided a solution for the deep coal seam mining in North China Coalfield threatened by multi-layer water disasters near coal,and had the promotion value.
