Study on Measurement of High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
The article innovatively introduces information entropy to reduce the conflict between the weights obtained by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method and the CRITIC method,and combines them through the Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory to form new combined weights.The spherical fuzzy set method is used to measure the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the levels of high-quality development in each province of the Yellow River Basin present a gradient differentiation feature.Shandong,Henan and Sichuan provinces have developed their own strategic location advantages and characteristic development models,and have become strategically leading provinces;Shaanxi,Shanxi,and Inner Mongolia,as provinces in the transformation and breakthrough stage,are facing a window period for breaking through path de-pendence,and industrial transformation and upgrading are extremely urgent;Qinghai,Ningxia,and Gansu,as provinces with ecological constraints,need to break through the barriers brought by the natural environment,and explore a path of high-quality development in combination with local char-acteristics.This study provides a method for alleviating conflicts in the weight combination and also offers suggestions for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.关键词
