Abstract
According to the flood control standards,the water system comprehensive management project of Binhe International New Town evaluates and renovates the dam to make it have both water conservancy and landscape functions.The overall construction goal is to ensure the water quality while guaranteeing the flood discharge function of the river.Through the hydrological analysis,design flood analysis,water storage analysis of structures,and other impact analysis,the article demonstrates that this project complies with flood control standards and management requirements,has no impact on the river flood discharge,has little influence on existing water conservancy facilities and other facilities,and has no adverse impact on flood control and rescue work.关键词
