壳聚糖改性酒糟鸡粪基生物炭的制备及其对含镉废水的吸附性能
Preparation of chitosan-modified distillers' grains and chicken manure-based biochar and its adsorption performance for cadmium-containing wastewater

Abstract
With the development of industry,cadmium(Cd(Ⅱ))pollution in aqueous solutions has become increasingly severe,making the search for low-cost,high-efficiency adsorbents urgent.This study employed co-pyrolysis of chicken manure and distiller's grains to prepare biochar,which was then modified by loading chitosan to enhance its adsorption capacity for Cd(Ⅱ) in water.SEM characterization results showed that chitosan was successfully loaded into the pores of the modified biochar,increasing its pore structure and specific surface area.FTIR,XRD,and XPS analyses indicated that the adsorption mechanisms primarily involved complexation and co-precipitation.Adsorption kinetic experiments revealed that the R2 values of both the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models were greater than 0.95,with the pseudo-second-order model providing a better fit to describe the adsorption process.This suggests that both physical and chemical adsorption played roles in the removal of Cd(Ⅱ) by the modified biochar,with chemical adsorption being dominant.Adsorption isotherm fitting results demonstrated that the adsorption capacity(n)was greater than 1,confirming the excellent adsorption performance of the modified biochar for Cd(Ⅱ).In conclusion,chitosan-modified distiller's grains and chicken manure-based biochar is an environmentally friendly and highly efficient adsorbent,providing a technical reference for the removal of Cd(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions.关键词
