摘要

Abstract

Breeding of aquatic animals is the source of the development of aquaculture industry and the cornerstone of fishery transformation and modernization.The application of existing genetic and variation theories in practice has played an important role in increasing the yield of aquatic animals,improving meat quality,and enhancing the uti-lization of agricultural resources.It is also a hot research field that countries around the world are competing to de-velop.The breeding technology of aquatic animals is advancing rapidly,mainly targeting economic animals and plants in aquaculture,including fish,shrimp,crabs,shellfish,and algae.This article reviews the current research status of aquatic animal breeding technology both domestically and internationally.Starting from commonly used aquatic breeding technologies such as selective breeding,hybrid breeding,ploidy breeding,cell engineering breed-ing,gender control breeding,and genetic engineering breeding,the article analyzes their specific advantages,dis-advantages,and applicability.It also elaborates on the challenges and research and development needs faced by the aquatic breeding industry,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of new aquatic animal varieties and the optimization of breeding systems.The key directly affecting national food security and social stability.
