Abstract
This article focuses on water quality regulation technologies in the farming of Procambarus clarkii.It sys-tematically elaborates on key factors including dissolved oxygen,pH,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite,temperature,and sensory indicators(color,odor,transparency),emphasizing the importance of maintaining these parameters within suitable ranges to ensure the healthy growth of Procambarus clarkii.The paper provides a comprehensive review of currently applied water quality regulation methods,including:1)Physical approaches such as aeration technology(e.g.,efficient microporous aeration)and filtration systems(e.g.,biological filters)to enhance dissolved oxygen levels and remove pollutants;2)Chemical methods using agents like potassium peroxymonosulfate composite salt(sterilization,oxygenation)and sodium humate(detoxification,water adjustment)to rapidly improve water quali-ty;3)Biological methods utilizing the activities of microbial agents(e.g.,Bacillus,nitrifying bacteria)and a-quatic plants(e.g.,Elodea nuttallii)to decompose and transform harmful substances,fundamentally optimizing water quality.The article also prospects future development directions,including:developing intelligent water quality monitoring and regulation systems for precise management;promoting ecological farming models such as"rice-crayfish co-culture"to achieve resource recycling;applying new materials(e.g.,nanozymes)to enhance water purification efficiency.Meanwhile,it notes that the biosafety of such new materials requires further research.关键词
