海洋新质生产力视角下陆源污染防治法律问题研究
Research on the legal issues of land-based pollution prevention and control from the perspective of marine new quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
Promoting the development of new marine productivity is crucial to promoting the high-quality develop-ment of the marine economy and accelerating the construction of a maritime power,and a good marine ecological environment is the foundation for the sustainable development of new marine productivity.However,the current problem of marine pollution is becoming more and more serious,which has become a key factor hindering the con-tinuous vitality of the marine economy with new quality productivity.Among them,land-based pollution has be-come the biggest threat to the marine environment.This study focuses on the legal framework of land-based pollu-tion prevention and control in China's marine environment,including legislation,law enforcement and judicial practice,aiming to identify existing legal problems and propose solutions to support the prevention and control of land-based pollution in China's marine environment by legal means,so as to provide legal guarantee for the contin-uous enhancement of marine new productivity.关键词
