Abstract
At present,the process of agricultural modernization is accelerating,and the improvement of the grass-roots agricultural technology promotion system is crucial.Focusing on the reform and construction of the grass-roots agricultural technology promotion system,based on the perspective of institutional innovation and service efficiency improvement,it studies and analyzes problems at the institutional level in the current agricultural technology promo-tion system,such as poor institutional mechanisms and insufficient incentives,and explores the innovative manage-ment system,such as building a multi-subject collaborative cooperation mechanism,excellent Talent evaluation and incentive system,etc.,inject new vitality into the promotion of agricultural technology.At the same time,the argumentation method of evidence is used to deeply analyze the path of service efficiency improvement,aiming to promote the optimization of the agricultural technology promotion system through institutional innovation and service efficiency,promote the effective transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,help in-creasing agricultural efficiency and farmers'income,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of China's agriculture.关键词
