Abstract
How can organically integrate professional education,political education,and innovation education into the talent cultivation process of local universities,and establish a talent cultivation system that integrates"Politics,Profession,and Research,and Innovation",is an urgent need for the continuous reform of the talent cultivation system.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of the talent cultivation system for the biotechnology in lo-cal universities,and proposes a talent cultivation system that integrates"Politics,Profession,and Research,and Innovation".It will run political education throughout the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship educa-tion,innovate the concept of political education leading talent cultivation,build a curriculum system integrating professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship education,establish a research collaborative talent cultiva-tion system,and focus on building an advanced innovation and entrepreneurship training platform,etc.,to explore effective ways to reform the talent cultivation system for the biotechnology in local universities.关键词
