低频rTMS与连续脉冲爆发刺激模式TMS对孤独症谱系障碍儿童合并睡眠障碍的效果
Effect of low-frequency rTMS and continuous theta burst stimulation TMS on children with autism spectrum disorders combined with sleep disorders

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)and continuous theta burst stimulation(cTBS)transcranial magnetic stimulation in children with autism spectrum disorder complicated with sleep disorders.Methods Eighty-eight children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and comorbid sleep disorders,who were treated at the Department of Rehabilitation,Xuzhou Children's Hospital from June 2024 to September 2024,were selected as participants.Using random sampling method,they were divided into low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)group(44 cases)and conventional transcranial brain stimulation(cTBS)group(44 cases).The electroencephalogram parameters,core symptoms of autism,sleep conditions,and intellectual levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the total sleep time,rapid eye movement period,sleep efficiency,speech comprehension index(VCI)score of WPPSI-Ⅳ scale in the low-frequency rTMS group were lower than those in the cTBS group(368.75±41.63 vs 389.36±43.57,84.27±7.61 vs 89.78±7.52,(78.74±5.15)％vs(81.56±5.38)％,64.19±2.62 vs 67.05±2.54,respectively),sleep latency,wake time,wake frequency,and CARS score,RBQ-2 score,CSQ score were higher than those in the cTBS group(20.95±4.54 vs 17.32±3.26,30.38±4.31 vs 25.11±0.79,4.94±0.82 vs 4.56±0.79,35.45±3.01 vs 33.85±2.87,22.80±4.11 vs 18.54±3.97,43.58±3.57 vs 41.25±3.38,respectively),the differences were all statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For children with autism spectrum disorders and sleep disturbances,cTBS transcranial magnetic stimulation can more significantly improve EEG parameters,core autism symptoms,sleep conditions,and speech comprehension abilities compared to low-frequency rTMS treatment.关键词
