超早期应用依达拉奉右莰醇对老年中重度急性缺血性脑卒中患者短期预后的影响
Effect of ultra-early application of edaravone dexborneol on short-term prognosis of elderly patients with moderate to severe acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of ultra-early application of edaravone dexborneol on short-term prognosis of elderly patients with moderate to severe acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 98 elderly patients with moderate to severe AIS(within 4.5 hours after onset)from January 2022 to December 2023 at the Second Hospital of Harbin.According to different medication methods,patients were divided into control group(routine intravenous thrombolysis)and observation group(intravenous thrombolysis+edaravone dexborneol).The clinical curative effect,oxidative stress-related factors(neuron-specific enolase(NSE),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)),inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)),scores of NIHSS and mRS,and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher(93.88％vs 77.55％,P＜0.05).After treatment,SOD level increased,while NSE,MDA,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased in both groups,and the changes of the above indexes were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores decreased,and the changes of NIHSS scores were more significant in the observation group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P＜0.05).The mRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as skin pruritus,gastrointestinal discomfort,thrombocytopenia,fever and rash in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The ultra-early application of edaravone dexborneol can effectively improve short-term prognosis of elderly patients with moderate to severe AIS,which may be related to improving oxidative stress and inflammatory response.关键词
