滋肾养心补血汤治疗卵巢功能减退临床观察
Clinical Observation of Kidney-Replenishing and Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Tonifying Decoction in Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Replenishing and Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Tonifying Decoction ondi-minished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:A total of 68 patients with DOR admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Universi-ty of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were then divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received convention-al Western medicine treatment,while the study group further received Kidney-Replenishing and Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Tonifying Decoction in addition to the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,changes in TCM syndrome scores,serum hormone levels[including follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)],and B-ultrasound findings[including ovarian diameter(OVD),antral follicle count(AFC),and ovarian stromal resistance index(RI)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group had lower scores than the control group,with statis-tically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%of the control group(P<0.05).FSH levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while AMH levels were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in E2 and LH levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).OVD and AFC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group had higher values than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in RI between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the study group had a lower RI than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was5.88%,which was lower than 8.82%that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-Re-plenishing and Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Tonifying Decoction can improve hormone levels,increase AFC,and enhance clinical effica-cy in patients with DOR.关键词
