腕踝针联合养精种玉汤对卵巢储备功能下降患者子宫内膜容受性和IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响
The Effect of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on Endometrial Receptivity and IVF-ET Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on endometrial recep-tivity and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)pregnancy outcomes in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:A total of 120 DOR patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received additional wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction.Clinical efficacy,pregnancy rates,and changes in hormone levels[including follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)],TCM syndrome scores,antral follicle count,en-dometrial thickness,pulsatility index(PI),and resistance index(RI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,FSH levels decreased compared to the levels before treatment in both groups,while E2,LH,and AMH levels increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores improved in both groups,with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 91.67％ in the study group and 73.33％ in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The antral follicle count and endometrial thickness increased,while PI and RI decreased in both groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the study group was 61.67％,which was higher than38.33％in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction can improve hormone levels,increase antral follicle count,endometrial receptivity,and pregnancy rates in DOR patients.关键词
