补肾活血汤治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢功能减退临床研究
Clinical Study on Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction in Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve with Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction on diminished ovarian re-serve(DOR)with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Methods:A total of 130 patients with DOR were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treat-ment,while the study group received Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction in addition to the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,changes in TCM syndrome scores,serum hormone levels[including follicle-stimula-ting hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti-müllerian hormone(AMH)],and ovarian-related parameters[o-varian diameter(OVD),antral follicle count(AFC),ovarian stromal resistance index(RI)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the study group was 90.77%,significantly higher than that in the control group(72.31%,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCMsyndromescores(mainandsecondarysymptoms,etc.)inbothgroupswerelowerthan those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05).FSH and RI in both groups decreased,while E2,LH,AMH,OVD,and AFC increased compared to the levels before treatment,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.62%,lower than that in the control group(12.31%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Con-clusion:Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction can improve clinical efficacy,enhance hormone levels,ovarian arterial hemodynamic parameters,and ovarian reserve function in patients with DOR due to kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.关键词
