桂枝茯苓丸联合来曲唑治疗卵巢囊肿临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst with Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills Combined with Letrozole Tablets

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills combined with Letrozole Tablets on ovarian cyst.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Letrozole tablets,while the observation group was treated with Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills for oral administra-tion.The clinical efficacy,and changes in ovarian function,cyst volume,serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),lu-teinizing hormone(LH),interleukin(IL)-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α levels were observed in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 88.87%,and that of the control group was 71.11%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH increased,while the cyst volume and E2 decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing better results than the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pills and Letrozole Tablets is effective in treating o-varian cyst,can reduce cyst volume,lower the levels of inflammatory factors in the body,and improve ovarian function.关键词
