Professor Li Tingquan's Clinical Experience in Treating Functional Constipation with Spleen Deficiency and Dryness Accumulation Based on the Idea of Whipping the Weak Ox
摘要
Abstract
Functional constipation is a common digestive system disease in clinical practice,with a complex pathogenesis.Western medicine often uses laxatives for symptomatic treatment,which can lead to adverse reactions and a high recurrence rate.Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on overall regulation in treating diseases and follows the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor Li Tingquan has rich experience in treating functional constipation with spleen deficiency and dryness accumulation in clinical practice.He proposed the academic idea of whipping the weak ox and treated this disease from a holistic perspective by invigorating the spleen and regulating qi movement,moistening the intestines and relaxing bowels.He has achieved definite therapeutic effects in clinical practice.The article summarizes Professor Li Tingquan's experience in treating functional constipation with spleen deficiency and dryness accumulation,aiming to provide reference forthe treatment of this condition.关键词
