摘要
Abstract
Constipation is one of the most common digestive system diseases in clinical practice.Although the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue)does not specifically discuss constipation,it provides detailed descriptions of constipation in multiple articles.Zhang Zhongjing seeks the root cause of this illness and treats constipation through syndrome differentiation strictly following the etiology and pathogenesis.The treatment mainly focuses on clearing heat and relaxing bowels,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,regulating the Shaoyang pivot,and warming Yang and dispelling cold,and regulating qi and removing stasis.He has created several effective prescriptions for treating constipation by carefully combining herbs for prescriptions.This article analyzes the articles of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and applies its diagnosis and treatment approaches to clinical practice,gaining insights and briefly elaborating on it.The aim is to explore the classic diagnosis and treatment approaches for constipation and provide reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
