Abstract
Shengyang Yiwei Decoction was first introduced in the Clarifying Doubts about Damage from Internal and External Causes(Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun)written by Li Gao.It is composed of Astragali Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix,Angelicae Pubescentis Radix,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Alismatis Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,and Paeoniae Radix Alba.This decoction is mainly used for treating spleen and stomach deficiency,failure of yang qi to ascend,and retention of dampness and heat in the middle energizer.It is mainly suitable for diseases caused by spleen and stomach deficiency.This article explores the academic ideas of Li Gao embodied in this formula and the inheritance and development of this formula by Chief Physician Liu Keqin.Furthermore,this paper provides two clinical cases of treating dizziness and eczema for reference.关键词
