郑翔教授疏肝利胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型胆石症经验
Experience of Professor Zheng Xiang in Treating Cholelithiasis Due to Dampness-Heat in the Liver and Gallbladder with Shugan Lidan Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Cholelithiasis,one of the common biliary tract diseases in clinical practice,showcases a rising incidence in recent years.Modern medical therapies,such as cholecystectomy,have limitations and may induce postoperative complications,stone recurrence,etc.Cholelithiasis has a complex etiology.Professor Zheng Xiang believes that this disease is mainly caused by dampness-heat in the liver and gallbladder,and it should thus be treated by soothing the liver and promoting bile secretion,and clearing heat and drying dampness.Shugan Lidan Decoction is often modified for treatment of this disease.In addition,Professor Zheng emphasizes the idea of treating the disease before its onset by regulating emotions and diets.The combination of the two has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.关键词
