苏云教授基于"浊毒"理论辨治痔病的经验
Professor Su Yun's Experience in Treating Hemorrhoids Based on the Turbidity and Toxin Theory

Abstract
Hemorrhoids,a common anorectal disease in clinical practice,are characterized by recurrent attacks and chronic aggravation.After studying the turbidity and toxin theory proposed by the Chinese medical master Li Diangui,Professor Su Yun innovatively applied this theory to the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids.Professor Su believed that the accumulation of turbidity and toxin in the intestine is the key to the development of hemorrhoids,with spleen deficiency as the leading factor and intestinal stasis as a contributing element.For patients who have not undergone surgery or are preoperative,the main issue is the accumulation of turbidity and toxin with blood stasis.For postoperative patients,the problem is often attributed to the deficiency and stasis caused by turbidity and toxin.On this basis,Professor Su proposed the therapeutic principle of tonifying the spleen,relaxing bowels,resolving turbidity,and detoxifying.In addition,he considered the characteristics of hemorrhoids caused by various types of turbidity and toxin invading the human body and referred to the syndromes of hemorrhoids to propose four treatment methods:dispelling wind to eliminate turbidity and toxin;promoting urination to purge turbidity and toxin;resolving stasis to disperse turbidity and toxin;and reinforcing and ascending healthy qi to eliminate toxin.The clinical application of these methods has achieved remarkable results.This article introduces Professor Su's experience in treating hemorrhoids based on the turbidity and toxin theory through a case study,aiming to provide reference for our colleagues.关键词
