皮内针联合氨酚曲马多片口服改善混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效观察
Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Intradermal Needling Combined with Paracetamol and Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets in Relieving Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal needling combined with paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets in relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery were randomly allocated into an observation group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with external exfoliation and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.Meanwhile,patients in both groups were treated with paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets for pain relief.The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of pain in the two groups were observed at the time points of 6,12,24,48,and 72 h after surgery.The number of patients with postoperative urinary retention,incision edema,adverse reactions(dizziness,palpitation,and nausea),and the score of patient satisfaction after treatment were recorded.Results The VAS scores of pain at the time points of 6,12,24,48,and 72 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and incision edema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups(P＞0.05).The score of patient satisfaction after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intradermal needling combined with paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.It can reduce the occurrence of urinary retention,incision edema and other complications and does not increase the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,with high satisfaction and compliance of patients,being worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
