Research progress on cyberbullying victimization and non-suicidal self-injury behavior among college students
摘要
Abstract
Cyb er bullying has become an important factor affectingthe mental health of college students,and stud-ies in recent years have shown that thereis a significant association between cyber bullying victimization and non-suicidal self-injury behavior.The anonymity and indefinite nature of the online environment makes college students more likely to become victims of cyber bullying,and this experience not only negatively affects their psychological state,but canalso lead to non-suicidal self-harm behavior.This paper reviews therecent research progress on cyber bullying victimization and non-suicidal self-injury behavior of college students,and focuses on theanalysis of the association mechanisms between the two,such as psychological trauma,difficulty in emotional regulation,and lack of socialsupport.Finally,targeted coping strategies are proposed,aiming to provide guidance for mental health education in colleges and universities,and provide reference for follow-up research in related fields.关键词
