Research progress of electroconvulsive therapy in depression patients with childhood trauma
摘要
Abstract
Current research has found that childhood trauma has an impact on the effect of drug treatment in pa-tients with depression in multiple dimensions,and electroconvulsive therapy has shown considerable efficacy for pa-tients with depression who suffer from childhood trauma.However,the mechanism of action of ECT has not been clearly elucidated.This article reviews the research literature on the potential mechanism of electroconvulsive therapy in patients with childhood trauma-related depression at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to explore more targeted treatment strategies for this specific group of patients with depression.关键词
