Interventional study on enhancing the resilience of preschool teachers

Abstract
Objective:To assess the effectiveness of a self-developed intervention program aimed at enhancing the resilience of preschoolteacher.Methods:A total of 127 teachers from six kindergartens were randomly assigned to a waitlist control group(60 participants)and an experimental group(67 participants).The resilience levels(measured by the CD-RISC scale scores)of the two groups were compared at four time points:Baseline,mid-test,post-test,and a 1-month follow-up.Results:Except for the baseline assessment,the experimental group participants had sig-nificantly higher total CD-RISC scores and scores on three dimensions at the other three time points compared to the waitlist control group.Regarding the development trajectories of resilience,the experimental group exhibited a significantly increasing trend compared to the waitlist control group,with the rate of increase gradually slowing down.Conclusion:The resilience intervention program developed in this study can effectively enhance the resilience levels of preschoolteacher and bring about improvements in their mental health.关键词
